Refund policy

SHIPPING

Free shipping – Delivery time 1–3 weeks. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track it. Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel it or offer a refund.

If the order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may need to pay an import fee upon arrival. Any import or customs charges are paid by the customer, as it is considered a private import.

OsmiLash cannot regulate or take responsibility for these costs. Track your order through PostNord or via Aftership.


RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your package. Fill out the return form and email it to OsmiLash@gmail.com to receive a return label. Returns are sent to our Swedish return warehouse.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. The completed return form must always be included with the item. Refunds are issued within 14 days. If you paid via Klarna, you can report the return and pause the payment while it is being processed.

Items returned in undamaged condition will be refunded at full value. If the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

What happens if you do not pick up your package at the delivery point? The package usually remains at the pickup point for 7 days after arrival.

If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to the postal center in Malmö, where it will need to be resent or destroyed. Packages registered as “unclaimed” will be charged a fee of 10 USD.

The remaining order value will be refunded to you in the same way you paid at checkout. If you changed your mind after ordering, you must first receive the package and then return it to avoid it being registered as “unclaimed.”
